January 2023 Update - SCHLIX CMS v2.2.8 release with GPLv3 license

SCHLIX CMS v2.2.8 has been released with the following changes:

• License has been changed to GPLv3
• Fixed a few PHP 8.1 compatibility issues
• JQuery, PHPMailer and HTMLPurifier have been updated to the latest version
• A few bug fixes
